Delivery Information
ROYAL MAIL STRIKE
Please bear in mind Royal Mail have scheduled strikes throughout October and November. This will have a huge impact on all Royal Mail deliveries during these periods. Please click here to check your tracking for any updates and progress from Royal Mail - your tracking number can be found on your confirmation email. We are unable to specify the extent of the delays, however, please note we're in close communication with our Account Lead at Royal Mail and they have said there is a Nationwide backlog which they are working around the clock to rectify.
We still have our DPD Next Working Day Delivery service available.
Click and Collect Update
Whilst we are in the process of relocating our Birtley shop, we will be temporarily suspending the Click and Collect service until further notice. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Our Standard Delivery options via DPD and Royal Mail will run as normal.
What is ‘Standard Delivery’?
We offer Standard Delivery via Royal Mail, for items under 15kg in weight*. This service covers all the UK (Including NI). Standard Delivery can take between 2-5 working days.
*GRHAFT Dumbbell and Barbell kits are NOT eligible for Standard Shipping.
What is ‘Next Working Day Delivery’?
We now offer Next Working Day Delivery to Mainland UK, through DPD Local. Orders must be placed before 3pm Monday – Friday to be eligible for this method. The cost of shipping is based on the weight of your total order. You will receive a 1-hour time slot for your delivery and can track the progress of your parcel via DPD Local (Web/App).
Bank Holidays and Festive Periods
Please note: Over bank holidays and festive periods, there will be a slight delay in shipping times.
We aim to keep this delay as minimal as possible.

What if my address is ‘Non-Mainland UK’?
If your postcode starts with the following: IM, TR21 - TR25, FK17 – FK21, G83, IV, KW, PA, PH, ZE, GY, JE, KA27 – KA28, AB31 – AB38, AB41 – AB56, HS1 – HS9 this is classed as ‘Non-Mainland’ by DPD Local and is therefore ineligible for the ‘Mainland Next Working Day Delivery option. If you’re unsure whether your postcode is eligible, please contact us prior to your order, where one of our team can check this out for you.
We do offer an alternative 2 Working Day Delivery service for those who do not qualify as Mainland UK. For this, orders MUST be placed before 3pm Monday – Friday. You will receive a 1-hour time slot for your delivery and can track the progress of your parcel via DPD Local (Web/App).
Do you Ship to Northern Ireland?
We offer an additional service to send our parcels over to Northern Ireland on a 2 Working Day Delivery service. This has NOT been impacted by our recent change in overseas shipping.
International Shipping Information
Unfortunately, due to the current climate, we’ve had to temporarily suspend International Shipping. We were experiencing difficulties and delays, out of our control, with Customs in Ireland, which led to a negative shopping experience for our overseas customers. We are unable to specify when this may return and are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. There are third-party delivery companies still available, which many of our members have used instead, but please be aware that customs fees will still be applied using this service.
